Positioned on the Villa Boccella Estate Limonaia Grande and Limonaia Piccola face each other across an orchard of peaches, plums, figs

and vines. Limonaia Grande has its own own private gated driveway. Together the properties sleep 16 making them ideal for families

and groups of friends. The 2 Limonaia are very child friendly with a treasure trove of toys for all ages.

These houses were originally used for milling flour, making wine and over wintering the lemons. They have been beautifully restored.

Both Limonaia are very comfortable, light and spacious.

for al fresco dining under the pergola covered with grape vines. French windows also opening onto the west terrace with

a shaded dining table and barbeque and pizza oven seating up to 16.

• Sitting room. Comfortable seating with very well stocked holiday reading and games for all ages. Open wood burning fire.

• Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds or 1 double.

• Bedroom 4 – 2 single beds

• Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom.

 

Outdoor Space:

 

• Large swimming pool – 12 x 6 metres. The pool can be heated, is securely gated and fenced. Surrounded by umbrellas and sun chairs.

• Children’s play area in the orchard.

• Pergola with chairs and table to enjoy a relaxing drink.
