THE DEPENDANCE & STUDIO

 

Sleeps up to 21 in 8 bedrooms.

The Dependance has recently had the addition of a large covered conservatory, which allows for a happy mix of informal dining and socialising. The enlarged terrace with its tables, chairs and umbrellas makes a delightful area for relaxing, surrounded by many beautiful plants and herbs.

The Dependance can be rented with Villa Boccella for large groups, weddings, leadership groups and much more.

The Dependance can also be rented on its own with or without the Studio.
The Studio is a few steps away with its overhead projector, piano, seating for up to 50 (stacking chairs) and 2 WC’s.

Ideal for yoga, art groups, creative writing, lectures, gardening seminars, etc.

The Studio room can also be hired out on a daily basis during out of season months.

 

Ground Floor consists of:

 

• Fully equipped cooks kitchen designed by Barthel of Florence.

• Dining/ sitting room seating up to 50. Large French windows opening out of both sides of the room, one side opening out to the lemon garden and the other side opening to the terrace and Studio. This leads towards the olive grove past the Yoga lawn and up the pine walk.

• Pantry with large fridge, ice machine,  and storage area.

• 2 WC’s

• Bedroom 1 - Separate double bedroom with king sized bed and en suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2 - Single bedroom with en suite bathroom.

 

First Floor consists of:

 

    Bedroom 3 – 4 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

    Bedroom 4 – 3 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

    Bedroom 5 – 2 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

    Bedroom 6 – 3 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

    Bedroom 7 – 3 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

    Bedroom 8 – 3 singles (or 1 double) with en suite bathroom.

 

Outdoor Space:

 

Seating area with tables and chairs facing south with lemon trees and potted Camellias.

Outside the dining/ sitting room are tables, chairs and umbrellas for al fresco dining.

The path to the studiois a few steps away from the Dependance.

STUDIO:

 

The studio/conference room is the restored fienile. (Hay drying area)

The Studio is a large room, with floor level glass windows (with blinds) on either side and seating for up to 50 people.
Can be used as a disco at weddings or for yoga, art groups writing courses, etc.

Regularly tuned piano.
